Dr. Ito is a Refractive Surgery specialist at Shinagawa LASIK Center in Tokyo Japan.
He received his doctorate degree in medicine from Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine in 1992. He completed his ophthalmology residency, obtained fellowship training in Cornea and Refractive Surgery, and acquired his PhD degree at Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine.
